Introduction
The National Digital Literacy Programme (NDLP) was introduced by the Ministry of Education (MOE) to equip students with digital skills for learning and future workplaces. Every secondary school student is provided with a Personal Learning Device (PLD) to support teaching and learning.
Personal Learning Device (PLD)
The PLD enables students to:
Access digital learning resources and the Singapore Student Learning Space (SLS).
Complete assignments and collaborate with teachers and classmates.
Support both classroom and home-based learning.
Device Management Application (DMA)
All school-prescribed PLDs are installed with MOE's Device Management Application (DMA) to encourage safe and responsible use of technology. The DMA helps manage device usage and supports students' digital well-being.
