2026 SECONDARY ONE E-REGISTRATION
We would like to warmly welcome your child in commencing his/her secondary school education with us at Whitley Secondary.
Registration and Other Admin Matters
1. Online Registration
Please complete the online registration by 21 December 2025, 2359hrs:
https://go.gov.sg/2026sec1registrationform
If your child is offered to do subjects at a more demanding level (MDL), Higher Mother Tongue Language (HMTL) and/or a Third Language, you will receive a notification via email and Parents Gateway by 23 December 2025, 5pm.
After receiving the notification, please submit your decision on the offered MDL, HMTL or Third Language subject(s) by 26 December 2025.
2. Edusave Standing Order for School’s Enrichment Programme (for Singaporean students only)
If you have not yet activated the Edusave Standing Order for your child’s participation in local and overseas enrichment programme, you may activate it through:
a) Parent’s Gateway mobile app (please access “Edusave Standing Order” via the Services tab); OR
b) via https://form.gov.sg/68511c58e85a5dd195cf326f
3. MOE Financial Assistance Scheme and School Based FAS Application
For students with approved MOE FAS:
Our General Office will contact you by 26 December to arrange for the
collection of textbooks and school attire.
Collection Schedule
- Monday, 29 December: 9.00am - 2.30pm
- Tuesday, 30 December: 9.00am - 12.00pm
Important Notes
- Online sales are not available for FAS and School-Based FAS students
- Collection must be arranged through the General Office. For queries,
please contact 6456 1336.
For students requiring financial assistance
School-Based FAS (MOE FAS not approved)
Needy Singaporean students who do not meet MOE FAS income eligibility
criteria may apply for our School-Based FAS.
Please obtain the rejection letter from your child's primary school, showing
the household GHI or PCI.
Approval will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and the school will
contact you regarding the outcome.
MOE FAS (New applications)
Needy Singaporean students may apply for MOE FAS to help meet basic schooling
expenses. Please refer to the attached pamphlets in various languages for
more information on the MOE Financial Assistance Scheme.

You can apply for the financial assistance through the Parents Gateway
app services (under Services tab > Financial Assistance) via Singpass
login.
- Application may also be submitted using this link: https://go.gov.sg/moe-efasggas.
- Please note that applications may take up to one month to process.
- If you purchase textbooks and uniforms before approval is granted, the
school will not provide reimbursement.
4. Parent Support Group

5. Medical Appeal Exercise (MAE)
If you are considering to appeal to another school based on serious medical conditions/severe physical impairments, you may call the school at 6456 1336 to request for the application form by 19 December 2025, 5pm.
